Twitter has changed its iconic logo

The head of Twitter, Elon Musk, as promised earlier, changed the logo of the site – the famous “bird” was replaced by the “X” symbol.

Musk has joked in the past that he values the “X” logo very highly, referring to the name SpaceX and one of the Tesla models.

In addition, in honor of the announcement, a projection of the new logo was shown on the wall of the main office of Twitter.

Users of the platform generally reacted to the change with bewilderment and negativity. Many did not understand the reasons that prompted Musk to change the “bird” recognizable by all.

In addition, a lot of ridicule and memes about the new logo appeared on the network – with references to jokes in the spirit of “Press X to Win” and the movie “Three X’s”.
