The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past expansion will be shown at Gamescom 2026

A trailer will be unveiled at the gamescom Opening Night Live ceremony, and Gamescom attendees will be able to play the DLC.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past is the new upcoming expansion for the action RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

The DLC will take players back to the adventures of Geralt of Rivia, offering a new story that will serve as a bridge to the upcoming The Witcher IV. The expansion is scheduled for release in 2027. Songs of the Past will be released exclusively on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X; previous-generation consoles will not be included.
