The release trailer for the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on for Elden Ring

Shadow of the Erdtree will open up a new region for Elden Ring players, in which they will explore a new storyline and fight new bosses, as well as receive new weapons and items.

The embargo on publishing reviews of the add–on was lifted on June 18, and critics praised it very highly: Shadow of the Erdtree now has the highest average score among all add-ons – 95 points. This allowed it to become the most highly rated DLC, overtaking The Blood and Wine add-on for The Witcher 3: Wild Hint.

Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree will be released on June 21 on PC and consoles.
