CarX Street Driving Simulator Released on PlayStation 5
Developers from CarX Technologies have completed a large-scale cross-platform launch of their project.
The car simulator CarX Street was released on PC in August 2024 and has acquired a large army of fans.

In June 2025, the game was released on XBox, and now the developers have released the long-awaited version for PlayStation 5.
As was previously known, the game features cross-platform multiplayer. PlayStation 5 players will be able to play with Xbox Series users and CarX Street owners on Steam. Newcomers to the car simulator will find dozens of cars, realistic physics, tuning with extensive customization, races against other racers, and other exciting content.
CarX Street offers a classic Need for Speed-style street racing experience. Set in the fictional Sunset City, players will find a variety of tracks, from mountain serpentines to city highways. Although the game does not have official licenses, the cars are easily recognizable – among them you can find analogues of such iconic models as the Mazda RX-7, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and Nissan Skyline GT-R.
The developers paid special attention to the tuning system. Players can deeply modify their cars, improving technical characteristics and changing their appearance. Various modes are available: traditional races, drift races, delivery missions and online competitions, including the chase mode.
As for the future, CarX Street will continue to be updated with new content. Right now, the developers are working on new competitive modes and timed obstacle courses. At the same time, the car simulator also promises a full-fledged storyline with quests and chases with the police.
Judging by the good sales of the XBox version, console versions of CarX Street are in demand among players. And given the even larger user base of the PlayStation 5, the game is guaranteed to sell well on that platform.
