All announcements and trailers from the State of Play 2026 summer presentation

The State of Play 2026 event was quite large-scale: over an hour of non-stop announcements dedicated to games for PlayStation platforms and projects from third-party studios.

As is typical, the show combined news from both Sony’s internal developments and games from external publishers. The summer showcase was the company’s second major event in 2026 – the first broadcast took place in February and also featured a large number of showcased materials. Among the most notable showcases was Marvel’s Wolverine, scheduled for release on September 15. Viewers were also introduced to a number of other projects, including a God of War spin-off centered on Faye.

The June State of Play has officially concluded, ushering in the summer gaming showcase season. During the broadcast, viewers were treated to trailers, new announcements, release dates, and fresh gameplay footage.
