SIDE EFFECTS’ Medical Roulette has received a release date

SIDE EFFECTS is a pill-fueled medical roulette for up to four players (solo or online). Each round, players will be presented with a choice of pills. Some are beneficial, some are harmful, and some mean instant death.

Each pill affects the character’s resistance, and zero resistance means death. Between rounds, players will be able to choose from a variety of experimental drugs and treatments that can change the situation. Opposing patients will bluff, adapt, and use everything at their disposal to survive longer on a single dose.

The game will be released on PC on November 21st, and a free demo is available on Steam.
