Gears of War Remaster Announced for PC, Xbox Series, and PS5

The remaster, called Gears of War: Reloaded, will feature 4K resolution support and frame rates up to 120 fps, VRR, HDR, improved reflections and shadows, and improved audio. The game will also support crossplay and cross-platform progression.

Gears of War: Reloaded will be released on August 26 on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5 – this is the first Gears of War game to appear on PlayStation consoles. Owners of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will receive a free upgrade to Gears of War: Reloaded. In addition, the title will be available on Game Pass on the day of release.
