Atari has announced the GameStation Go handheld console for Retro gaming
Atari has announced the imminent release of the portable GameStation Go console, designed for fans of retro gaming. The device is expected to support games from Atari and Intellivision, with over 200 games bundled.
Details about the console will be revealed at CES 2025, but it is already known that it will be equipped with both traditional buttons and a crosspiece, as well as specialized input devices such as a track ball and Paddle on the left side and a digital unit on the right. These elements are designed to provide an authentic gaming experience.
The console was previously announced under the name GameStation Portable in 2023, and then its launch was scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024 with a price of $149. However, the device has now received an updated name and design. The release date and exact price of the device have not yet been disclosed, but MyArcade remains the manufacturer.
