Acer has introduced a gaming laptop with a built-in gamepad
The device under the working name Project DualPlay still exists as a concept.
Project DualPlay includes a large touchpad, which is also a removable wireless controller, and when it is removed from the laptop case, two five-watt side speakers are extended.
Acer positions the laptop as an option for playing together, where one user will pick up a gamepad, and the second will control the keyboard and mouse. Thus, gamers can play shooters, fighting games and sports games in a split screen behind one screen.
It is not yet known when Project DualPlay will go on sale.
