Valve unveiled three new devices: a VR headset, a gamepad, and a gaming PC

The Steam Frame, Steam Controller, and Steam Machine are optimized for Steam games and designed to give players an even better experience with their Steam library.
The Steam Frame is a new standalone VR headset. It lets you stream your entire Steam library, both in VR and offline. Powered by a Snapdragon® processor and running SteamOS, the device offers the same capabilities as the Steam Deck. It connects to your PC via a dongle, providing a stable wireless connection. The two controllers work together as a single gamepad. The Frame also supports standalone play for many games.
The Steam Controller shares the same DNA as the Steam Deck and is fully equipped to play all Steam titles. It’s a high-performance, ergonomic controller with next-generation magnetic thumbsticks, full-size controls, trackpads, a gyroscope, and triggers. The Steam Controller is perfect for use anywhere Steam is available: on your PC, laptop, Steam Deck, Steam Machine, or Steam Frame.
The Steam Machine is designed for versatile PC gaming on a big screen: it’s quiet and small enough to fit under your TV, on a table, or anywhere else you want to play. It runs SteamOS, offering the same benefits as the Steam Deck. It’s designed to work with the Steam Controller but can also be paired with other accessories.
Valve plans to begin shipping in early 2026, with specific launch dates and pricing to be announced around that time.
