The second season of the South Korean TV series The Squid Game has premiered on Netflix.
Today, December 26, the sequel to the cult South Korean TV series “The Squid Game” premiered on Netflix. The new season once again immerses us in the cruel world of deadly trials, focusing on the fate of Song Ki-hoon, the winner of the previous games. All seven episodes were released simultaneously and are available with Russian subtitles.
Lee Jong-jae played the role of player number 456 again. The events will unfold three years after the finale of the first season: Song Ki-hoon returns to the deadly game to deal with its organizers. The season was directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk, the creator of the original show.
Netflix has already announced the third and final season, scheduled for 2025, but there are no details about it yet.
