The release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl took place

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl has finally been released, 15 years after S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: The Call of Pripyat. The game is available on PC and Xbox Series, and is also included in the Game Pass Ultimate, which allows many gamers to immediately immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Zone.

The game’s ratings on Metacritic are 76% for PC and 79% for Xbox Series, while on OpenCritic the game received 77%. Among the positive aspects, there is an excellent visual style, exciting battles and a well-developed open world.

However, the game was not without drawbacks: critics point to numerous errors, weak AI, confusing plot and big optimization problems. It is likely that most of these issues will be fixed in future patches.

The game is not officially available for purchase in Russia, but there will be no anti-piracy protection.
