In 2024, humanity won the war against unknown invaders and peace returned to the planet. But as a result of the conflict, 90% of the world’s population was destroyed, which brought civilization to the brink of collapse.
The action of EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 6 will begin in 2027, three years after the events of EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5. The survivors continue their recovery efforts, but threats to the security of the world remain unchanged. The Earth Defense Forces (EDF) are once again called upon to protect the planet from aggressive alien invaders.
EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 6 supports a two-player split-screen cooperative game or an online game with up to four players. Players will have to embark on a dangerous adventure, try out four character classes, each equipped with new abilities and weapons, as well as protect the Earth from hordes of deadly alien creatures.
