On August 31, the Baldur’s Gate III preload for owners of the extended edition started on PlayStation 5 – the file size is almost 109 GB.
For comparison, on PC the download file size was 97.4 GB, but after installation the game took up 121.47 GB. At the same time, the Steam page states that BG3 requires 150 GB of free hard disk space.
Preload on PS5 for owners of the standard version of the game will start on September 4 at 19:00 MSC, and they will be able to launch it on the day of release – September 6.
Players with the expanded edition of the RPG included early access, which will allow you to launch the novelty on the console on September 2.
At the same time, the PS5 version of the game will immediately include the second patch, which was recently released on PC – it fixed a number of bugs and problems, and also improved the history of Karlach.
In addition, the patch restored some of the cut content, which has become an active subject of discussion among players and industry representatives in recent days.
