Palworld has been fully released, leaving Early Access after 2.5 years

Pocketpair Studios officially announced Palworld’s exit from Early Access, with the full release of version 1.0 today. The project debuted in Early Access on January 19, 2024, and spent two and a half years in this stage, regularly receiving major updates and expanding the world of the Palpagos archipelago.

Version 1.0 is the largest patch in the game’s history. Players can look forward to over 20 new Pal species, including a colossal sky dragon and a giant whale, previously unexplored regions to explore, and advanced technologies that expand the possibilities of survival, construction, and base development.

Furthermore, the update finally introduced the World Tree, which had been visible on the horizon since day one, into the gameplay zone and brought the conclusion to the main storyline. The developers also reworked tower bosses, Sanctuaries, and no-hunt zones to make each location more unique and dynamic.

Despite leaving Early Access and adding a huge amount of content, Pocketpair decided not to increase the price of the game as a thank you to the community for their support. The game is available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
