Once Human will open its doors to creative players: support for user-generated content will be available in 2026

The developers of the popular free-to-play survival game Once Human announced a large-scale user-generated content support program, starting in 2026. This initiative will give players expanded creative tools: creating personal servers, writing quests, programming monster and NPC behavior, and implementing other original ideas.
The studio promises regular updates that will gradually increase the number of customizable parameters, allowing creators to create increasingly complex scenarios. Particular attention has been paid to the monetization system: owners of popular servers will be able to receive a share of revenue from player activity on their platforms. A separate tab for direct donations will also be introduced, allowing the community to support their favorite creators.
Once Human was released on July 9, 2024, on PC and mobile devices and received “mostly positive” reviews on Steam. The developers promise a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S release soon.
