New High On Life 2 teaser reveals the main villain

Developers Squanch Games have unveiled a new teaser for High On Life 2, revealing for the first time the sequel’s main antagonist—and it’s not just aliens. The main source of evil is a pharmaceutical corporation exploiting people for its own profit. The second game promises a more personal and emotional story: in addition to confronting the “evil pharma,” the hero will have to face a threat from the past that will disrupt his life and endanger those he cares about.
The gameplay will retain everything fans loved about the first game: the wacky humor, the character-driven weapons, and the frantic pace. New mechanics include a digital skateboard that allows you to quickly navigate levels, and large-scale skirmishes not only with the corporation’s mercenaries but also with the police, adding to the chaos.
Squanch Games is also developing several minigames styled after classic retro games—including, for example, a parody of Bible Adventures.
High On Life 2 will be released on February 13, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
