Everything Shown at State of Play 2025: New Shinobi, Stellar Blade on PC, and More

The year is 2025, and Sony Interactive Entertainment is back with its first State of Play presentation of the year. Sony showed off 40 minutes of PlayStation 5 news, focusing on what it described as a “creative and unique selection of exciting games from studios around the world.” And Sony did indeed fill those 40 minutes with announcements, almost one after another — nearly 30 trailers or brief teasers.

Amidst the flurry of gameplay, Sony showed off Shinobi: Art of Vengeance, DLC for Dave the Diver, a new game from the creators of Returnal, and Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
