Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty’s new ending won’t affect V’s fate

Very soon, on September 26, the first and only major addition to the action movie Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on PC. And in an interview with The Gamer, PR manager Ola Sonday said that Phantom Freedom will bring many innovations and changes to the original game (up to until the already known new ending).
However, those worried about the fate of V and Johnny Silverhand should not expect much. Sondey specifically stipulated that the storyline will not be affected in any way. So the new ending, apparently, will only make some cosmetic changes to the ending options we already know.
As we already know, the Phantom Liberty promo tour begins on August 5, the expansion will be shown in demo in major cities, including Warsaw, Cologne, Tokyo, Beijing, Seoul, Sao Paulo, Paris and London. But this time, the developers do not want to repeat their own mistakes: the Phantom Liberty advertising campaign will be much smaller than in the case of Cyberpunk 2077.
