American Truck Simulator – Arkansas. The new DLC is already available.
Fans of long-distance trips will find several thousand miles of provincial roads, beautiful wildlife landscapes and ten picturesque cities.
The popular American truck driving simulator American Truck Simulator has received another addition with the south-central region of the United States, known for its national parks, valleys of famous rivers and beautiful mountain ranges of the Ozark and Washita. It is important that during the transportation of goods we will be able to admire these wonders of nature and even examine them in detail on special viewing platforms.
The state of Arkansas includes 9,000 miles of paved and unpaved roads, ten cities to explore (including Little Rock, Fortsmith, Fayetteville and Pine Bluff), as well as several attractions, such as the historic center of Hot Springs with its Bathhouse Row neighborhood and National Park, the majestic Arlington Hotel, courthouses, churches and We recommend taking a couple of screenshots from the top of the huge Emmitt-Sanders dam.
The labor activity of the new addition American Truck Simulator is represented by the supply of goods to unique industries, and truckers will have to deliver equipment to nuclear power plants, logging warehouses and river ports. Unfortunately, the kit did not include new vehicles, and if you want to carry new models of cargo, then you should purchase the updated “Forest Machinery” add-on.
During your trip through Arkansas, you will be able to discover two reception centers designed for both visitors and truckers.
Regular rest breaks are vital for drivers to fight fatigue and stay alert while driving long distances. To do this, you can stay at one of the Arkansas recreation areas whenever you want!
Although reception centers and recreation areas are not mandatory stops along the way, you may be required by law to stop at a weighing station. Their goal is to ensure that heavy vehicles comply with state weight standards, while improving road safety and preventing damage to infrastructure.
Be sure to stop if you hear an alarm going off at the weighing station. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a heavy fine!
Also, simultaneously with the release of the DLC, the Cruising Arkansas event was launched — the authors of American Truck Simulator have prepared a personal test for the players, and a tag for the community:
“Arkansas has 10 amazing new cities to explore, and we offer a special reward for completing your personal goal, which will require you to deliver cargo to or from all of them. All contracts to be counted in the event must be 100 miles long each or more.”
The global goal is to travel 125,000,000 miles delivering cargo to or from any city in Arkansas.
The Cruising Arkansas event in American Truck Simulator will last until November 17, 2024.
- For fulfilling a personal goal, a coloring book for the “White-tailed Watch ATS” truck will be presented.
- For the completed goal, the community will be presented with a “Diamond Apple Blossom” cabin decoration.
