Akatori Metroidvania will get a free prologue on April 19

Players will be able to learn where the game’s story begins and meet the inhabitants of the Emerald Peak Country, inspired by East Asia during the Industrial Revolution.

Akatori: Charter One is an introduction to the grand adventure awaiting players in Akatori. Players will join protagonist Mako on an ill-fated expedition to the divine realm of Kohakuza to set the stage for an epic journey and her newfound red bird companion in the future.

The prologue will release on Steam on April 19. As for the main Akatori game, no release date has been announced yet, but you can already add it to your vishlist on Steam.
