Akatori: Chapter One, the prologue to the epic metroidvania Akatori, has been released

Akatori is a fast-paced metroidvania with action-platformer elements in which you use a companion staff to fight, jump, and explore. Travel through multiple worlds spanning different eras and races, fight formidable enemies, and help Mako find the ancient gods as she tries to find herself. The game will be released on MS in 2024.

Akatori: Charter One is an introduction to the grand adventure awaiting you in Akatori. Find out where the game’s story begins and meet the inhabitants of the Emerald Peak Land, inspired by East Asia during the Industrial Revolution. The prologue is already available to download for free on Steam.
