Alan Wake 2 is one of the most impressive games coming out in the coming months, and the fact that a relatively small team is working on it makes Remedy’s next game even more impressive.

Studio PR director Thomas Puha said today that the game has an average of 130 people working on the game over a period of about four years. Considering how good the game looks, it’s extremely impressive how Remedy has achieved this with a very small team compared to almost all AAA titles.

In addition, Alan Wake 2 was developed under some difficult conditions, making it the most difficult game developed by Remedy. Over the years, the studio has had to deal with the challenges of the pandemic as well as the challenges that came with the biggest transformation the studio has seen in 28 years of history.

Alan Wake 2 promises to be one of the best games released in the last few months of 2023. It was confirmed at Gamescom that the game will come to PC with path tracing and DLSS 3.5 support, which will only enhance its unique atmosphere.

Alan Wake 2 releases October 27 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S worldwide.
